  • Person Centred Care plans for each individual service user detailing their needs, wants and wishes which are reviewed on a monthly basis to ensure that any changes are identified and addressed by the staff team or medical professionals if relevant

Ruth’s 100th Birthday

On the 30th September 2016, surrounded by her family, friends and other residents within Victoria House Ruth Saunders celebrated her 100th Birthday. Ruth as part of her celebrations also received a card from her Majesty the Queen.
